flavor profile:
smokey  |  fruity  |  earthy

  • ½ oz Kazaam! Orange Elixir
  • 3oz Pinot Noir
  • ½ oz averna Amaro
  • ½ oz Mezcal (Se Busca)
  • 1 oz Soured Pomegranate Raspberry Syrup

Soured Pomegranate Raspberry Syrup:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ cup raspberries (frozen ok)
  • Add everything to a mixing tin, add ice, and stir for 30-40 seconds
  • Strain into a coupe glass

Soured Pomegranate Raspberry Syrup:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a pot, and bring it up to a boil
  • Reduce it to a simmer, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes
  • Allow it to cool, then blend it together
  • Strain out the solids, and store cold
  • Lasts for three to four weeks
